I recently stayed at this hotel during my visit to the city and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. the location is fantastic, just a short distance from the train station and conveniently close to the city center. It made exploring the city a breeze. Secondly, the room itself was beyond my expectations. Spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, it provided a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff were also incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Lastly, the breakfast served in the room was a delightful touch, and the included amenities added that extra level of convenience. All in all, this hotel offers great value for money and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

The staff at this hotel is better than any at a more expensive hotel.I Had to check out at 4 am and they had breakfast ready with my wake-up call.Very simple but very comfortable room,spacious.

This hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms, including a kettle and bath tub, are a nice touch. Additionally, the location is convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from.

very bad system of ventilation, in the mornings we could feel the smell of cigarets in our room (from our neighbours), very bad system of sound damping.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was helpful and welcoming. The breakfast offered a variety of options. The location was convenient, with the nearest metro station within a reasonable walking distance. The hotel also had good security measures in place.

The hotel was difficult to find as it was located inside a larger complex. There were minimal signs directing guests to the hotel, resulting in a time-consuming search.

Good location (30 minutes of walking to the Khreshchatyk). Big room and very friendly staff.

Double bed in fact is 2 single beds joined together. Cracks on the walls.

hotel quite new, with very big and comfortable room, TV, free wi-fi connection, safe box, hair dryer staff speaks english quite well, and is really kind and willing to help hotel located in a quiet area, 15-20 minutes walk from kreshatik I'll definitely stay there again

The walls are thin. If your neighbors are noisy, then you can hear them easily. No facilities (health club) for the hotel. The location is OK, but you'll need to take a taxi to go anywhere.

But poor localisation, unpleasent stuff, and what was the surprise - no hot water!! They gave me discount due to this fact, but told that sometimes it happens!!??!!

the staff was incredibly friendly; they were always willing to help us with anything we needed. the room itself was lovely and very spacious, with comfortable beds and a good-sized bathroom. the location was also perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes in the area. We really liked the fact that we could easily reach all the best tourist spots in the city.

The breakfast was quite disappointing. the restaurant provided a poor selection of food, and the service was often slow.
